Use of this site means that you agree to abide by its rules and policies, and that you will only use this site for lawful purposes. 2. Use of this site to submit applications for .ca domain names constitutes an legal agreement, and constitutes that you have read and understand CIRA's Rules and Procdures and Registration Agreement as it pertains to .ca domain name registrations, renewals and transfers. It also means that you have read, understand and agree to the Canadian Domain Name Services Inc. Registration Agreement, and that clicking on the final payment button binds you to that agreement for .ca domain name registrations with CIRA and Canadian Domain Name Services Inc. 3. You use this site with the understanding that all content is Copyright of Canadian Domain Name Services Inc. and that nothing in part or whole may be copied or used without express written permission from Canadian Domain Name Services Inc. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP). Section 4 applies to those customers who purchase the additional DNS Service Package from Canadian Domain Name Services Inc. (CDNS) or who purchse web hosting for their .ca domain name, or for any other domain name extension. CDNS does not allow, nor tolerate any Unsolicited Commercial Email (a.k.a. SPAM) to be sent from our server, or through our server and will terminate without notice, any DNS Service Account which violates this policy. CDNS does not allow DNS Service Accounts which are on our domain forwarding package, to achieve domain forwarding through our server to any pornographic sites, or any site involving frontal nudity, or to any site which by our own judgement is overly offensive, or illegal, at our sole discretion. While we will endeavour to notify any offenders ahead of time, we do not guarantee so; your DNS Service domain forwarding account may, at our sole discretion, be terminated for any of the above reasons, without notice.
